Drawing on concepts from Safety Science for Outdoor & Experiential Education, join Experiential Consulting for an interactive, engaging 90-minute virtual workshop.  We will explore the historical and cultural elements that drive blame as a response to incidents, and how this can leave organizations less safe as a result. Then, we will shift to models and systems that can foster learning instead of blaming.
